Nick Khosla

Founding Partner

Nick is a Founding Partner of Salt Partnership. He brings extensive experience in the production, finance, and distribution of film & television, incorporating his legal experience in contracts and intellectual property.

Nick started his career as a corporate lawyer at Magic Circle law firm Slaughter and May, advising multinational clients including General Electric and Hilton Hotels on complex mergers and acquisitions. He also acted for Arsenal Football Club in football transfers and Arsène Wenger’s contract renewal.

A passion for film guided Nick to Los Angeles, where he graduated from Los Angeles Film School. He was General Counsel for Fierce Entertainment during which time he represented distributors at international film markets for the acquisition of film rights. He also acted as legal counsel to the film production arm advising on the feature films “Seeking Justice” (2011) starring Nicholas Cage, “Faces in the Crowd” (2011) starring Milla Jovovich and “Wild Oates” (2016) starring Shirley MacLaine.

On an international level, Nick has worked with the largest toy maker in the world, Hasbro, to develop family-based “immersive attractions” in China and Singapore.

Focusing on Salt Partnership, Nick seeks to foster homegrown talent, helping clients find their voice, create opportunities and provide sound legal advice enabling peace of mind.

Nick is dual qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales and as an Attorney with the State Bar of California, USA.
